The workshop will detail the history of anti racism in education establishments.  It will analyse Central and Local Government responses to the problem and explore the duties placed on the institutions to report, record and deal with incidents of racial harassment and bullying between pupils and teachers, managers and the Governors.  The workshop will focus on key reports in the field and develop models of best practice.
