The spectre of gang related violence is becoming widespread in Britain and has claimed the lives of many hundreds of young people. What are its origins and what is the impact of Government legislation and practice on this issue? The seminar will also explore solutions advocated by victim families, young people, youth workers and community activists to the growing problem.
