Two of Europe’s leading far-Right politicians began an international alliance yesterday that they want to forge into the Continent’s leading anti-European Union movement.
Marine Le Pen, the leader of France’s anti-immigration National Front, and Geert Wilders, from the anti-Islam Netherlands Freedom party (PVV), said that they wanted to expand their new group by starting links with other radical right-wing parties in Austria, Belgium, Italy, Scandinavia and elsewhere.
